Good Samaritan Hospital North

This project involved the build-out of four floors of the new Good Samaritan North Hospital Building 3. The project was extensive and included:

  • 48 patient rooms
  • Two isolation rooms
  • Five operating room suites
  • Support and core areas
  • Nurse Stations
  • Public Reception Desks
  • Wall paneling.

One significant design feature, engineered at the Owner’s request, was the elimination of all reveals and horizontal surfaces that traditionally collect dust (counter tops excluded).

The biggest challenge was the schedule. The project was turned around from initial design and prototyping through punch list in 22 weeks.
