Novel Coworking

Novel Coworking is the largest owner-operator of coworking space nationwide. Renovating historic buildings in downtown locations is part of their business model, and in Cincinnati their vision came to life in the historic Hooper Building.

This 15,000 SF renovation was completed in October of 2018, and includes a number of amenities for Novel Coworking tenants like a communal lounge with 20-foot ceilings. The main amenity space is about 4,000 square feet that can be used for clients to get out for meetings, lunch-and-learn events and corporate parties. Stanton Millworks was hired to create several pieces, including the custom cabinetry and shelving in the main amenity space.
