Consultation

Not everyone comes to Stanton Millworks with a finalized concept or even a fully realized vision. Many of our clients partner with us early in the life of their project because they know we can provide invaluable insight and input on budgeting, construction methods, design feasibility, material and hardware selection and scheduling. This early consultation also allows us to contribute even more creative solutions and innovative thinking to enhance the craft and quality of the final product.

Design + Engineering

Through our Design Assist services, we help clients take their ideas from the screen to the machine. We provide our expertise and collaborate on everything from material selection to project scheduling, speccing and estimating. Based on each project’s unique needs, our engineers produce and manage detailed submittals and can match predetermined specs and samples as needed. Our 3D rendering, laser etching, and CNC technology work together to create intricate designs and endlessly customizable solutions.

Fabrication

We fabricate all our custom millwork, casework, cabinets, solid surface and high-volume production pieces in our spacious facility, which is well-equipped both for manufacturing and storage. Through the skill and dedication of our talented craftspeople, all our woodwork meets exacting standards for quality and precision.

Finishing

Because we specialize in custom architectural woodwork, many of our products are finished on-site to ensure precise installation and a flawless finish. We also provide factory finishing to meet any AWI finish system—as well as temporary storage as needed—in our shop. No matter which finishing method is right for your project, both are completed with proven expertise and attention to detail.

Fab + Ship

For clients who prefer — whether for budgetary or logistical reasons — to work with their own installer, Stanton Millworks can design, fabricate and factory finish custom wood products and securely ship them nationwide. This enables clients to elevate their spaces with Stanton’s quality craftsmanship while adhering to project demands.

Installation

Our commitment to quality craftsmanship extends all the way through product installation. Given the custom nature of many of our projects, we leverage both the latest technology and the unmatched skill of our people to ensure precision in every detail.
