Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse in downtown Cincinnati is the newest in the Jeff Ruby collection of luxury steakhouses. This 15,000 SF high-end restaurant is a nod to the vision of being an over the top experience that transports guests to a completely different time and place. Stanton Millworks provided technically difficult wall paneling and custom standing and running trim throughout the space. We also provided custom millwork for various elements including the Host Stand, Raw Bar, Main Bar, exterior Cigar Bar and many custom fixtures such as the wine room bottle displays, Spanish cedar-lined humidor cabinet, and Sapele shutters at the curtain wall. Because of the expertise of our collective team, we succeeded at fulfilling the very demanding schedule with an immovable opening date, even through many owner-driven changes that occurred during production.
